Éste flan lo he visto ya en varios blogs, la primera vez que lo vi fue en un buscador de recetas llamado "Mis Recetas" y Fina fue la que puso una fantástica foto de este dulce suave que se funde en el paladar.
Ella lo hizo con un molde de corona, yo usé moldes de media esfera.
La cantidad que me salió fue para 8 medias esferas.
Creo que para los amantes del café es ideal, ¡ y a quien no le guste el café le sorprendería este postre!!
La receta es muy fácil de hacer, lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es usar los productos de las marcas comerciales que se especifican, porque con otras marcas no se obtiene el mismo resultado. Las cantidades se pueden doblar si se quiere hacer en un molde más grande.
INGREDIENTES:
- Una caja de 4 raciones de Flan Royal
- 500 ml. de nata Pascual
- 3/4 de vaso (de los de agua) lleno de café
PREPARACIÓN:
1. Calentar la nata en un cazo.
2. Añadir el sobre de Flan Royal cuando humee la nata.
3. Añadir el café
4. No parar de remover hasta que hierva.
5. Poner el caramelo que viene en la caja de Flan en los moldes, repartirlo bien por toda la superficie.
6. Volcar la mezcla en los moldes y dejar enfriar de 1 a 3 horas según la medida del molde.
7. Para desmoldar sin que se rompan poner la base de los moldes 2 minutos sobre agua caliente y darles la vuelta con un plato o bandeja.
¡Y ya están listos para comer!!
